Feb 07, · Windows refused to load, just looping round the Startup Repair/Start Windows Normally page. Cleared the disk through cmd and went to install Windows. The desktop refuses to acknowledge the mouse and keyboard. They work in BIOS, but as soon as you hit the language selection page on the Windows install they just don't respond.
